Aardvark Models believes that building resin models need not be reserved for master craftsmen and scratchbuilders. In fact, we believe that building models from resin cast kits should be joyous and fun, not frustrating and disappointing.

While there are a number of resin casters who produce very high quality work, many resin bodies and kits on the market require a lot of fixing, adapting, and scratchbuilding in order to finish the model. Aardvark produces and sells conversion kits and full kits that require no scratchbuilding, adapting, fixing or general pulling out of hair in order to complete a model that looks good. The model builder with average skills can build our kits. Our conversion kits are engineered to actually fit the donor kit and include all of the pieces necessary to complete the conversion with the exception of flat windows which can be cut from clear styrene stock, paint, and glue.
